Welcome to Food Flow's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Each client must provide accurate information to ensure optimal service delivery. This includes providing current restaurant operations data, menu details, and customer feedback.
Our team will work closely with the client, but we require access to relevant tools and systems for effective consulting. This includes, but is not limited to, POS systems and delivery platforms.
Payments for services rendered must be made according to the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may result in a suspension of services.
All recommendations and strategies provided by Food Flow are tailored to the local Lisbon market. Implementation should be done in consideration of this.
Clients are responsible for implementing the advised changes and strategies. Our consulting role is to guide and support, not to execute these changes directly.
Any confidential information shared between Food Flow and the client will be treated with utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties.
Clients must notify Food Flow promptly if there are any changes in their business that could affect the service delivery, such as changes in staff or ownership.
If either party wishes to terminate the consulting agreement, a notice period of 30 days must be given.
